What you'll probably ask.

How fast can you have my site live? +

Most shops are live within 48 hours of paying the setup fee. We have a templated build process — once you tell us your shop name, services, hours, and brand colors, the rest is configuration. Adding your custom domain takes another 24-48 hours for DNS to propagate.

What if I already have a domain? +

Perfect. We point your existing domain at the new site — no need to register anything new. Add the optional Custom Domain Setup ($49 one-time) and we handle the DNS configuration for you.

What happens if I want to leave? +

Cancel anytime. We'll export your customer data, invoice records, and content for you in standard formats (CSV/JSON) so you can take everything to whatever platform you choose next. No lock-in, no hostage situation.

Who pays for credit card processing fees? +

Stripe and PayPal each charge their standard processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) directly to you — those are passed through, not marked up by us. The monthly platform fee is just for the platform.

Can I customize the look of my site? +

Yes — your admin dashboard has a Theme tab with 10 color schemes and full color customization, plus logo upload, shop name, contact info, services, and engine list editing. Bigger structural changes (custom sections, new pages) are available as one-off requests.

What if something breaks? +

The platform uses production infrastructure (Netlify, Supabase, Stripe) with 99.9%+ uptime. If you spot something wrong, email or text us. Most issues get fixed same-day during business hours; we aim for under 24 hours otherwise.

Do I need any technical skills? +

None. If you can use a smartphone, you can use the admin dashboard. Most day-to-day tasks (responding to bookings, marking invoices paid, updating prices) take about 30 seconds each. We give you a 30-minute training call after setup.
